We ship your orders using UPS or USPS for USA orders and USPS Mail for International orders.
When will my product be shipped out?Most products ordered will ship out the same day if ordered by 3:00 PM PST, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.
How long will it take to receive my product?After you add your items to the shopping cart, towards the bottom of the right column you will see a link that says Determine Shipping. Enter your zip code and J28 Design Inc. will calculate shipping costs and delivery time depending on the method chosen.
Damages During ShippingIf your product was damaged during shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product so that we can expedite the claim and get your order to you promptly. Damages during shipment must be returned in the original packaging in which it was shipped to you.

Custom Duties and Import VATWhen a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
