Shipping & Returns
USPS and UPS have suspended Delivery Guarantee for all U.S. origin shipments to any destination. Due to carrier delays, your order may take longer to arrive. Also, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS or UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship out the same day if ordered by 1:30 PM PST, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
How long will it take to receive my product?
After you add your items to the shopping cart, towards the bottom of the right column you will see a link that says Determine Shipping. Enter your zip code and J28 Design Inc. will calculate shipping costs and delivery time depending on the method chosen.
International Orders | Custom Duties and Import VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. J28 Design does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
30-Days / Money Back
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from J28 Design Inc., call 1-707-400-6080 Ext 105 within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Simply write the RMA# on the box outside of the package and include a copy of the packing slip (if available) and send it back to us.
All returns must be in perfect "as new" condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 4 days of receipt of the return.
