Shipping Policy
Based in Sonoma County—just 50 miles north of San Francisco, California—J28 Design Inc. ships orders across the U.S. and around the world using trusted carriers UPS and USPS.
Shipping Disclamer
USPS and UPS have suspended Delivery Guarantee for all U.S. origin shipments to any destination. Due to carrier delays, your order may take longer to arrive. Also, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS or UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship out the same day if ordered by 1:30 PM PST Monday to Friday, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
How long will it take to receive my product?
After you add your items to the shopping cart, towards the bottom of the right column you will see a link that says Determine Shipping. Enter your zip code and J28 Design Inc. will calculate shipping costs and delivery time depending on the method chosen.
International Orders | Custom Duties and Import VAT
- A photo of the rearview mirror from the passenger side is required with all international orders to confirm the correct SKU prior to shipping.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due upon arrival.
- The customer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. J28 Design is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during international shipping.
- Some countries may require specific documentation before shipment. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in delays in processing and delivery.
- J28 Design does not provide return shipping labels for international orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the United States and ensure all required customs documentation is properly completed.
Return Policy
30-Days / Money Back
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from J28 Design Inc., call 1-707-400-6080 Ext 105 within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Simply write the RMA# on the box outside of the package and include a copy of the packing slip (if available) and send it back to us.
All returns must be in perfect "as new" condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 4 days of receipt of the return. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note, we cannot refund shipping charges.
